"This place is definitely one of the better looking buildings on Midvale Avenue. It boasts a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ grill, fitness center, & study room. It also has shared T1 internet access. They also have gated parking & gated entry."

"I've loved my year at 540. Marie is great-she knows everyone in the building, takes care of repairs the same day most of the time (sometimes within an hour!). We've got a great view of Westwood, 2 balconies with lots of light, new appliances that work well, and enough space. I always feel secure and it's a nice place so I don't mind having friends or family over."

I really enjoyed the leasing associate and her honesty in describing the strengths and stretches of Midvale.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Im moving out in June and will really miss this place. Midvale is one of the nicer communities in the area. It's just a short walk to campus and the village!

I live in a 2b on the third floor ($3700) and with 4 other friends. Its enough space for us....Plus they have a study room in case I want to go study outside of my place. Maintenance is amazing!!! The office staff is patient and accommodating. The girls are helpful and fair with everyone. The team itself makes this place truly awesome. Thank you Midvale!!!!

"I would definitely recommend staying at the Midvale apartments. I am staying at 527 Midvale and the apartment was great and the management was always friendly and helpful. I lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 3 of my friends, but the apartment was big enough that it never felt crowded inside. There were no issues with the during my stay other than one of the cabinet doors breaking, but maintenance came by the same day and fixed it. "
